Hitman defines the stealth concept with a bang, the beauty of passing through highly guarded zones without being noticed is elevated to high levels... It provides plenty of pathways (strategies) to execute a kill .... and experiments we can perform for kill is just awesome...

Stealth mechanism has been improved a lot

 It Nails the Core Concept of Stealth Game Play But ... Still Hitman lacks the expertise in Story and Character departments which may sometimes appeals to us as Unlikable ....

STORY:

Story takes place after HITMAN : BLOOD MONEY, Diana Burnwood , Agent 47 handler and head of ICA goes rogue exposing all the members of agency. Agency is now under control of Benjamin Travis, who orders Agent 47 to kill Diana and bring back Victoria(child under her protection)...

Seemingly a smooth mission for Agent 47 , suddenly turns into a High tide roller coaster ride for him...
All hell breaks loose within the agency and Everything is not what they seem to be ..

GAMEPLAY:

The game takes place in the United States, and features third person perspective to the player.

47 sees through police patrol team

In addition, the game features "Instinct mode" which allows 47 to predict enemy patrol routes, much like  the "Detective mode" in Batman: Arkham Asylum.  

There are 5 levels of difficulty from  Easy to Insane ( Purist ) for the players to choose and play.



There are also adjustments made to reaction of people after you are spotted , which is refreshingly different from previous installments where a single spot on causes all patrols to gain over you like a landslide..

There is also bonus and penalty point system , Bonus points are awarded for discrete kills of designated targets and penalty is issued for civilian,non-target kills as well as for spot on..

VERDICT

Hitman works hard for providing us the best stealth game ever to played and it succeeds for most of the time(play). It is truly a pleasure to play a game where our brain works for most part of the game than brawn .. It also diversifies from other games where a path is set for the player to complete the game....
Despite few flaws in the form of story , the rest assures us a great ride of stealth and kill..
